Huge hotel with plenty of facilities such as onsen, game arcades, and shopping. Shuttle buses available to quickly move around the hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer a good variety of options.
Plastic bags are used excessively and the hotel doesn't seem environmentally conscious. The hotel feels crowded, resembling a busy town rather than a relaxing vacation spot.

We were not far from some of our favorite spots such as Beppu Rakutenchi. Buffet breakfast and low off-peak prices. We visited Ramen Gokumaru, set only 600 ft away:)))

Amazing hot springs and fantastic staff! The breakfast and dinners were varied and delicious, including both Japanese and Western options. The shuttle service was extremely helpful for guests getting to and from the hotel, which is located on a hill. Plus, the location offered stunning views of the surrounding area.
Although the hotel boasted many facilities, some were overcrowded and not worth the price. It was also somewhat expensive and may not be worth a long-term stay.

The hotel is located by the water with a stunning view of the city, sea and mountains. It's close to a Japanese restaurant which offers delicious meals at an affordable price. The hotel offers prompt shuttle service to-and-fro the train station. The deck area provides a lovely spot to relax and unwind.
The hotel seems to be crowded with many guests, which can be overwhelming at times.

We stayed here and had a fantastic experience. The hot spring bathing area was amazing, with a rooftop pool and various water features. Our room was superb, with a tatami area and ultra-clean facilities. The buffet dinner was delicious and well-organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a convenient shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The views from the hotel and the hot spring were stunning.
We had a few minor issues, such as the restaurant being crowded at times. However, we highly recommend this place to our family and friends.
